El Centro del Inmigrante was featured in an article about the struggles of immigrants from Latin America who speak local dialects as their primary language. Centering around Juan Castillo, an important community figure who runs educational programs for indigenous speakers, the article points the the struggles that speakers of neither Spanish or English face.
